Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original designer tags and security seals intact for our team to authorize the return.

Secure Packaging

Pack the item securely in its original luxury packaging to prevent damage during transit and wait for our authorized courier partner to arrive for pickup.

Refund Processing

Once the item passes our internal quality assessment at our atelier, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
